Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini says defender Kolo Toure will face an internal disciplinary hearing next week over his failed drugs test.
The Ivory Coast international's six-month suspension for taking his wife's diet pills ended on September 2 and it has taken time for legal teams to settle on a suitable date for a hearing.
Toure remains available for selection before the hearing, although the same treatment wasn't given to teammate Carlos Tevez while the club investigated his apparent refusal to warm up during a Champions League match.
Mancini says "Kolo is a different situation. It was a mistake - a totally different situation."
Toure hasn't started a Premier League game since completing his ban.
